This 16 plug garden kit is accompanied by a 7 ‘ x 5.5 ‘ design.
Each kit comes with a recommended garden design (see below), and an eleven page Small Garden Kit Owners Manual.
The designs are easily adapted to make them more curvilinear and/or shift the aspect ratio. Plant selection was based on both garden performance and ecosystem services.

The kit contains 4 species of 4 plugs each.

  • eastern bluestar (Amsonia tabernaemontana) 
    • Please note – due to nursery availability you may receive Hubricht’s bluestar (Amsonia hubrichtii) –  another lovely native species of Amsonia.
  • foxglove beardtongue (Penstemon digitalis)
  • swamp milkweed (Asclepias incarnata)
